Red lentil Paneer Dosa(without oil)
Ingredients :-
1 bowl red lentil (soaked for at least one and half hour)
1 onion 🧅
100g paneer or tofu(cut into cubes or mash it)
50g baby spinach
100g mushroom (sliced)
50g capsicum
Pink salt
Lal mirch(paprika)
Garam masala
Roasted cumin seed powder
For batter :-
Grind soaked Red lentils into fine paste in a mixer.Add salt,lal mirch and cumin seed powder (according to taste) and keep it aside.
For Filling :-
Cut all vegetables and saute them in a nonstick pan. Add salt and spices (from approved list ).
After 5-10 min your dosa filling is ready.🤩
Now for making Dosa,
Take nonstick flat surface pan and put already made batter on it and spread it with the help of spoon or any bowl . Cook it for 5-10min from both sides on medium heat.
After your healthy and delicious dosa is ready, simply put some filling in the dosa and wrap it.
Cut it into two pieces...!
Enjoy it hot with your home made mint chutney or any approved healthy dip..😍 🎉 🎉
